What types of properties does Sister Bay Furniture work with?

Golf courses, resorts, hotels, universities, student housing, campus dining, food & beverage, any commercial property where outdoor furniture is part of the guest or member experience.

How long does the custom process take?

Standard lead times run 4–6 weeks from approved specification, roughly a third of the 12–16 week norm you’ve probably encountered elsewhere. The process starts with a discovery conversation and moves through concept, visualization, and production without unnecessary delays. The lead time is standard, not a best-case scenario.

Is the furniture made in the USA?

Every piece is designed, crafted, and assembled in Sussex, Wisconsin and Coventry, Rhode Island. Select aluminum components and hardware are sourced globally for quality and availability, we’re upfront about that. The work, the craft is done here in the United States.

Can I see what the furniture will look like in my space before committing?

Yes. Visualization is part of our standard process, not an add-on. We produce 3D renderings and finish specifications for your space before anything goes into production. Supplemental 3D render support is also available for more complex projects.

What does White Glove delivery actually mean?

Most furniture delivery ends at the loading dock. Ours ends where the furniture belongs. White Glove means our team handles logistics, coordinates with your property, assembles, and places every piece arranged and ready for your guests, not waiting in a box by the freight elevator.

I work with an A&D firm or handle procurement. How does that process work?

We’ve built a workflow specifically for designers, dealers, and procurement teams. Specs, dimensional drawings, finish libraries, and 3D files are all accessible through the Prestwick Design Portal. Your dedicated specialist coordinates with your team from first specification through final delivery.

How do I get CET or 3D product models?

Prestwick products are available as catalog extensions within Configura’s CET Designer platform. For supplemental 3D render support at the project level, ask your specialist, they’ll walk you through what’s available.

What if my project doesn't fit a standard collection?

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation, not a catalog flip. Your specialist will build a specification around your property’s actual aesthetic, footprint, and operational needs. Custom configurations are the norm, not the exception.
