- Trade Program members would get 15% off with free white glove delivery within 30 miles of the Retail Store
- Volume discounts on orders more than $40,000, extra 5% off
- Complimentary sales aides such as lumber samples, fabric rings (these will need to be signed out and returned), sling samples, catalogs
- Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery (local deliveries only) - furniture is built to order, a restocking fee will apply
- One on one assistance from our retail team
- Complimentary renderings and patio planning
Membership Requirements
- Membership is open to the following industries serving residential customers only: interior designers, landscape architects and designers, architects, home builders, pool builders, general contractors
- Membership is not transferable and can only be held by the named account holder
- Trade professional must place the order (or be present to qualify for the discount)
- All membership applications need to be verified that the account holder is a licenced professional
- Membership also valid on personal purchases
Payment Terms
- Trade Member must pay in full at the time of order (on first orders only)
- If Trade Member places an order for a client, Sister Bay Furniture must be paid in full before the order leaves our facility
- If Trade Member’s client is present, they must pay in full at the time of the order
